The yellow Nostalgia on the front just was such an iconic piece

I thought we had something with the company

Problem was it wasn't anybody there to provide funding

Just some broke kids looking to achieve their dreams

And I won't lie to you and say that it wasn't also boosting the self esteem

I used to say too much when making the music

But the truth writes itself I don't get to pick and choose it

I'm from dry brush, sand dunes, and hot air

And that's why the songs sound like fire directly in the ear

At 21 was the first time I sold a piece of art

I painted it while going through a broken heart

I've struggled with leaving too much emotions in any kind of piece

But I don't leave it on the canvas or the beat, then my mind is not at ease
