But our parents stayed by our sides

So we moved up to another school

Met first loves and a field of view

Of life that we need to get thru

And now we deal with all new things

Bullies and teachers make us sting

Feeling down but we still moved on

From doing chores to mowing lawns

Then in high school things got weird

Hormones and drinking beer

Sneaking out to do more things

Like doing drugs and smoking weed

Maybe get laid and mess around

But parents mad when they find out

They only care and want us to win

No matter how bad we sin

Graduation it's time to grow up

Came so far throw the caps up

Move to college or press a new life

From the kids we were at a time

Now we back good as new
