Robot84, aka Scott Ferguson, began his DJing career in the 1990s, in Scotland, UK. Ferguson made a name for himself DJing alongside some of the best acts around at his seminal Edinburgh and Glasgow based parties. Dogtastic, Citrus Club and Carbolic Frolick helped to unite Scottish clubbers under a shared love of great music and Ferguson’s clubbing mantra: leave your attitude at the door.
Ferguson relocated to London and spent the best part of the 2000s DJing at bars and clubs while making his first moves into production under various different pseudonyms and independent labels. In 2011 he released his edit of the Frankie Goes to Hollywood classic, Welcome To The Pleasuredome as the mysterious Robot84.
In less than a decade, Robot84 has released an eclectic number of original productions, official remixes and edits demonstrating his worth as a versatile and creative producer. As Robot84, Ferguson continues to DJ whenever he can at home and abroad, a true fan of the Ibiza sunset party as well as the UK festival scene.
