Baye Dial Gueye popularly navigating the music industry as Oothentik Zeus was born on January 10, 1995 in Rufisque (Dakar, Senegal) in the Garga Mbossé district. Many of Oothentik Zeus Songs became very popular and trendy on social media in line with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay. His entire school career was marked by excellence; always awarded, his family and his relatives did not see him triumph other than on the desk of a company.
Career
After moving a little further to Keur Ndiaye Lô (2004); he began to listen to galsen rap a little later around 2009. Lulled by the texts of Pacotille, Xuman, Gaston, then follower of the new movement Dirty South of Canabasse, Omzo Dollar among others. However, it was in 2013 that he tried his hand at rap for the first time, writing a few verses to ironically clash with his best friend Black Boy (better known as Papay Papam now) who was already rapping at the time. Impressed by the flexibility of his writing, the latter advises him to continue and forms with him the group False Twins Boys (2013).
Faced with the departure of his partner in Thies in 2014 (for studies), he took a break before recording his first solo title "Futur Flow" at the end of 2014. However, it was especially in 2015 after obtaining his BAC that he really decided to launch his professional career by recording his second title "Bagn Bagn Beug" at Boozot ent, who wanted him some recognition in Rap Rufisquois.
He joined Nd Music, the studio of a former classmate (Daze) at the end of 2015 and followed a series of freestyles under the formula "2hitsonedate" part 1 then 2 then then #3hitsonedate in May 2016, which wanted him to have a certain respect with melomen and the Senegalese public.
2017 is the year that symbolizes the flight of a little rapper who has become a cultural icon in his locality, indeed among more than 500 rap groups ZEUS managed to climb among the 12 candidates selected for the springboard final Citizen Mic organized by ''Y'en a Marre'.
Although he did not win, this experience allowed him to improve and launch the release of his first project; a mixtape entitled "Recto Verso" released on December 31, 2017 under the production of ND Music studio.
This project opens the doors of the national public to him in particular with his title "Third World" whose video has made the rounds of social networks, radios, and national televisions. This first project was pre-selected in the best mixtape category at the Galsen Hip Hop Awards 2018.
In the same year, he participated again in a hip hop springboard: the famous "Flow Up" at the end of the Festa 2h organized by Africulturban, this time among more than 1000 groups that he reached the semi-finals of the competition where he saw the end of his adventure. Also in 2018, Oothentik still keeps a link with a sound engineer, beatmaker he met at Trippa Music in 2017.
