This band was born in June 2013 from the ashes of the "Pikasso" project with Traino guitar-voice, Max Zorer guitar-voice and Daniele “solotastineri” Michelotti keyboards, a renowned band that has left its mark in Trentino (Italy). After two years of pause for various individual projects, they come together to give life to The Virgin project, proposing themselves with the singular idea of the first Radio Tribute.
In fact, the idea was born from the same songs broadcast by Virgin Radio, perhaps the first radio that (finally) throughout Italy dedicated its programming to this genre and therefore songs with an avowedly rock imprint, but the band has more ambitious intent to make its audience discover what often remains outside the most commercial circuit therefore not only rock classics but also new-entry and b-side.
In 2015 Gerry Gerola (The Wizards - Deep Alcool) arrives who becomes the new frontman of the band and in 2016 he defines the formation with Poul "Lama" Blade on bass (Terror Pizzeria - The Killers).
After a difficult search for latent drummers in 2018 Steve "Boose" Pasqualini arrives to complete the current line-up. From here the escalation of the band is unstoppable and in addition to the numerous concerts, the opening for Litfiba must also be counted.
After a few years of live, the alchemy between the members rises and the time comes to devote oneself to something new and stimulating. An unpublished record....more
