Beth De Bacci is a British singer-songwriter and Alt-pop artist who is originally from Bournemouth. Beth is a classically trained pianist, which is now paired with her infectious energy and love of creating music. She has created a brand new sound with the imminent release of her new EP #BDB1, and is excited to be working with Madding Crowd (Scouting For Girls, The Hoosiers, Billy Lockett, Matt Cardle) and Brookfield on this new chapter moving forwards.
At the age of 7 she fell in love with piano, and by aged 12 she started writing her first pop songs. This is where the dream began. At 16 she started playing every open mic under the sun; played any gig she could get.
At 18 she gave up. The dream was over. After being told for years that music wasn’t a ‘real career’ and lacking confidence, she went to university and studied science, made no music for 5 years and became a pharmaceutical sales rep.
Fast forward to 23 and Beth was miserable with her life decisions and gutted she hadn’t given herself a chance. So, she started to dream again.
