Young Pô

Young Pô is a young musician, rapper and music producer from Mali, born in Bamako on June 29, 1992. Many of Young Pô songs become very popular and trendy online with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.

Currently, he navigates between Mali where he spends all his school holidays and Turkey where he is studying computer engineering. He is passionate about technology, computers and music. His curiosity for rap music awakens when listening to songs by the group Tata Pound.

Career
In 2009, Young P started freestyle with some friends, David Bosky, Sory Bosky and Freeman.

The four rappers quickly decide to form their own crew which they call "Goldmen". Their first sound entitled "Mogo ta niè" sets the tone, that of the egotrip! Since 2010, in parallel with his presence within the Goldmen group, Young Pô has also pursued a solo career. He performs featurings with other rappers like Biker, Abou Flow or even MOH.

In 2010, Young P and his group Goldmen participated in the Frosain Montana concert at the Palais de la Culture in Bamako before organizing their mega concert on August 24, 2012 in partnership with Gaspi at La Cité Des Flamboyants. During the summer of 2013, Goldmen was one of the guests of the big Gaspi concert at the Modibo Keïta Stadium where the public mobilized massively.
