十年生死两茫茫。不思量。自难忘。千里孤坟，无处话凄凉。纵使相逢应不识，尘满面，鬓如霜。
夜来幽梦忽还乡。小轩窗。正梳妆。相顾无言，惟有泪千行。料得年年肠断处，明月夜，短松冈。
时逢“512”十周年，吴荻先生以“十年生死两茫茫”为定场诗，开说《再说三国》文臣系列第二场——东吴要臣鲁肃鲁子敬。吴荻先生因亲扮过京剧《草船借箭》中鲁肃一角，略说此戏，以阐世人多以为鲁肃为憨厚愚钝之人，其实大谬。《三国志》裴松之注有鲁肃“体貌魁奇，好为奇计”，且家境富庶，性好施与，广结青年游侠，为避祸举家迁至江东，以武勇和见识力退追兵，足见鲁肃文武全才。鲁子敬与周公瑾素昧平生，却以囷米相赠，结为侨札之交，后被周瑜推荐于孙权帐下，榻上私聊出一篇《榻上对》，可谓当世英才，见识谋略不在诸葛孔明之下。由此引出说书人《隆中对》一段大贯口，过足瘾后详说孔明子敬英雄所见略同。鲁肃早在建安五年便为孙权谋划天下，及至孙权称帝仍念子敬“两长一短”功不可没。吴荻先生惟妙惟肖演绎皇叔军师双影帝配合，鲁肃对诸葛孔明一见倾心，求请卧龙先生过江东共议孙刘联合抗曹。孙权得曹操檄文，满廷文武多主议和，唯有鲁肃力排众议深得主公之心。说书人以史为据，顺批“单刀会”讹谬。鲁肃继周瑜后力持江东，四十六岁逝于任上。
