Somebody asked me how I'm doing

I said I got my days like everybody else

Still looking for ways to magnify my wealth

Am I crazy for thinking these words are going to sell?

Fears of family just wanting me to put it on the shelf

This ain't your typical literature

I mean, the way I snap back it might loosen your fitted cap

OGs behind bars quote me saying I'm bridging gaps

The way I pen words like a tweet at the top of my page

Top of my game

But I want them just to see that I'll get pension

It's tough trying to convey a poet's dream how you envision
