"Kisi Ya Soni" means "Curing shame medicine"...so in the lyrics, the singer is worshiping God to have taken away shame in his life and God has given him glory and blessings and now people can all notice that there's a change in his life(all by the grace of jesus in his life)...he is talking in general about the change that happens in someone's life when God decides to grant them grace>
