City's getting colder, no bluebird on my shoulder singing

I can't stand the look-back, I know we started out sinking

I don't wanna see you, but I don't want it to be over

Walk around the park, point out the white sweet clover

Spend days asleep, stay inside

We'll just talk to ourselves, crush what's left of our time

Clench your teeth, hold your breath

Spend too long under water, scare ourselves to death
