This morning harked an autumnal morning you lived in Genesee

Where orange groves line New York corridors

But nowadays it's evergreen and emblematically speaking

There's no change when you're heading out the door

But set aside the setting for a second now I'm beckoning you closer

To what made homely estate

There's nothing waving eastbound that can't be saved or rebounded through

Westward willingness or open minds and heartfelt honesty
