Opaques and Apostles

Sometimes I can't hear the world as its happening in front of me


Like it's a movie and its playing far away from me


I watch and I will listen, trying to pay attention 


Living in my own position, now I'm standing something like a tree



But I think the only way to know, is to know the way the ocean goes 


Know what makes our children grow, and everything's a miracle


Reading in a rhythm of Opaques and Apostles 


Crying in a chronicle, sensuous and silent in our style



Now, here we all are gathered, pleased to meet you, hope that you are well


For a moment our sounds will collide and then deflect apart



No its not something that's mysterious and magical, or something supernatural
