Bloodshot eyes awake, you chance a glance to the left what a pretty face

Make no mistake, she's a dirty little hipster doing cocaine mixed with addie's on the R train

But then she speaks in tongues that wrap around my head, and I can't recall a word she said

Have I lost my mind

And she stares and I stare back just for a while, and I crack a toothy smile

But all I muster is this Awkward High

So I'm gone, I'm out the door in a flash, I straighten out the twenty dollars, I have in cash

My body's stationary but I must be wary cuz this girl

She's giving me some sort of psychedelic whiplash
