Jump with me into a cozy orange collection of leaves

The mind cannot imagine what the heart conceives

Run with me through the cornfields underneath brilliant amber skies

The eye's can only see what the ears can recognize

Oh, the chilly maple mornings pass us by all too soon

How I wish to live forever underneath the harvest moon

Yes, I long for simpler textures, captured moments on the screen

But, the seasons always changing and I cannot pause the scene

Come with me pumpkin picking in a patch filled with specks of golden green

The mind tries to interpret what the soul can only mean

Drink with me fresh warm tangy apple cider on a broken cobble street
