maté and honey

Mr. Lazy Bones with the silver striped fleece

A cup of maté and honey swiftly brings me inner peace

While my hair holds its position with partly natural grease

Might have made an uh oh on the two years lease

At least I've got a dope patio and sweet plants

And I haven't had any trouble with insects like ants

But the little things can leave you in an unwell trance

Like no clothesline to dry one's synthetic pants

Granted, the dehumidifier does do its work

And a laundry machine at all is certainly a perk

Better low key here than some odd off clerk
