So many days, we all prayed, one day we would break even

From day to day, we dismayed with the attention-seeking

We talk about taking over, make sure the game is breathing

Too many actors in power, would love to see them leaving

There must be purpose, some reason to why we let this happen

Since when did good rapper get synonymous with a trapper

My city got so fucked over, everyone else is pampered

The Boy got damaged, the O is damaged, now people's laughing

Half of the city verse other half, it's real discordant

Sobered me up, made me realize on what's real important
