The Gym Rat

The alarm strikes six , my body rises sick

Another day of torture, to awaken me from my deep slumber

I chug my protein down, those sweet gains look so slick

Flex in the mirror , my reflection making me look smaller

I hit the gym , growl at old faces

Fuck these casuals , they're not even on my level

I grab a dumbbell and walk through the same old places

Pump it pump it! , my body not on a high enough level!

Bench ,squat, dead , my muscles fill with acid

Dead, squat, bench, my muscles feel so tight
