Let me write this sixteen for our sixteenth anniversary

Time is flying by, I swear we barley in our infancy

I remember days writin poetry, like sorcery

Connecting all these words got me feeling like it's meant to be

Fulfillment in my heart when its always been so empty

The tempo of my life only beats with you correctly

We started out friendly, but we grew so immensely

Deeper in our learning of each other incidentally

How was I to know that you would change me by design

My software all inside, build me up within my mind

You kept me all aligned, strengthened up my spine

Prepared for the worst with every word you helped me rhyme
