The first drop of sunlight creeps through my eyes

I'm greeted with the smell of coffee and your smile

The day's a blank canvas, so grab your paintbrush

There's a world of possibilities and there's no rush

We can unpack the boxes or leave them there for weeks

We can move in the furniture or go back to sleep

We can leave the water running, take a nice long shower

Avoid all our chores and watch TV for hours
