Chasing Shadows

I'm racing through the moments, can't seem to slow

Thoughts are spinning faster than I can show

I start a thousand things but never see them through

My mind's a whirlwind, always in a queue

Ideas flash like lightning, slipping right past

Trying to hold on, but they never last

Every day's a juggling act, never quite aligned

Caught between the present and a future undefined

Every time I focus, the world's a blur

Distractions come fast, it's a constant stir

Reaching out but the lines are out of sight
