The danger within self, I trust myself

Always followed what I felt

The heart is misleading, everything it tells

It tells you to love yourself to a point that you get prideful

It tells you focus on you and never stop til you find you

But you find yourself coming to dead ends and I will remind you

That the son of man is not you, it's Jesus, and where you'll find truth

I always told myself I'd be better cause I could out rhyme you

And tie to the life I wanted, but that mindset was my rival

Everybody coming to the truth or their gonna see it soon

All the false narratives that'll come up in the booth
