Born a sinner to commit a murder on my body

Away from sympathy, for it's thermostat to rise up and drop me

Off where anxiety resuscitates it's demons and lies

For them to resonate, by telling me that they'll never die

Inside my pride, I asked it, "why does it feel so depressed?"

It told me that it's only happiness is sleeping with death

And not it's ex that was the stress, that cheated on it for me

And now it's me that wishes that I was already deceased

Am I a curse to people's eyes when I ask 'em for help?

Cause they reject me by their bitterness that told 'em to bail

When they saw my face, it was a message that would come in the mail

It was a sign to remain that man that stands by himself
