There comes a time when nothing seems like it's going right

The storm clouds are looming over you making your life seem dark and gray

You hide away shutting yourself off from the rest of the world

Becoming a prisoner of your own bedroom walls

But a brighter future is always inevitable

Blue skys are always hiding behind the rain

Sometimes the sun lasts longer

And other times it feels like the rain will never stop falling

You tell me that this is all just temporary pain

Wounds will heal and stop hurting

Yet, there will always be that memory of what happened
