I'm missing purpose, simple pleasures won't erase it, I deserve this

Inject the fluid, the veins implode, a rush of pain invades, I feel my body erode

My innards are atrophied, I feel them slithering out of me

Distorted thoughts of where it all went wrong

Denied, optimistic rapture

Chest torn, vision blurred, tearing flesh from bone in malice

Voices swell, the sounds of inner screams from Hell

Caustic bile absconds the gate

Built in sin, now where does it begin?

Malevolence, unable to feel for the being that it clings to
