Sad Songs

When I hear sad songs, it makes me feel old Singing about the rain, the thunder rolling

And time marching on Wish I could sit here and stay a while

But the life I'm chasing keeps me running I'm putting on the miles to my soul

To my soul I've been beat down, but picked back up

By the love the good Lord holds

I'm packing my bags, it's about time I go The rising sun means another day

trying to make it on the road singing my song to fill the holes
