I pace my thoughts within days and night

Writing poetry that is sensible in varied times

I felt my body cave in with how I ate and was treated

So I thought I was selfishly the one that started the bleeding

With poisoning resentment that rots and sits in an empty part of my brain

That's where the recollection of 4 years have gone to waste

There's short resemblance for why I fear many things here

I want to be careful with who I spend my time with for these upcoming years

With a habit of making mistakes and friends

I just don't want to meet a means to an end
