The Promise

And so he'll see them all again a promise so kind going back to a joyful time

A heartfelt gaze before this all slips away a nightmares gaze before

So much disdain but sanity strays away taken from his hands sunsets end

They mourned my death for three long nights

The night was dark such a fright

How could he cope with suicide

While chasing demons kept inside

Stay closest to the light for this will leave a scar

A place where all depart but ways to find until the nightmare ends

I feel i failed in this task
