Cherophobia

I'd be lying if I said I've never been in this position before

However; to see you in the same boat, it aches me to the core

Frantically running in an attempt to try and hide the fact that you're ill

It takes acceptance to reach the next step to healing

Some take the tools they're given and use what they've learned to weather out the storm

Others bottle up their stress but in due time, their inner light is whisked away

It's easier said than done

Not everything pans out as we hope but I extend my hand

We're growing weaker as we fight continuously with each other and ourselves

Together, we can climb out of this pitfall and finally get help
