Sleep

When I sleep, I always dream, but I want to make it stop

Cause everytime, that I awake, I want to rip my head clean off

Cause while I slept, I was chased, by ten ton rats that want me dead

Or even worse, he's right there, and gotta figure out the note I read

In the waking hours, all I do is cower, shake, till there's cracks on all the walls

The images are scattered, but all that's gone is power, face, up to what's been looming In my halls

And I'm long, from being stretched out. And there's nothing in this magickit that feels like It will ever calm me down

Maybe I, should just stay up, never sleep then it's all done

But here I am, asleep again, but waking for the 5th time, it won't stand

All the same, back at square one, fall into REM, waiting for the sun
