Worn out Shoes

The older I get... the less I remember of it

It's kinda hard to keep track of the time

Where I'm from and where I've been seems a little tough, for me to define

The further I go, the less past I know, who I am is who I've been tryin to find

I've got some worn out shoes, and a hole in my pocket

Where my only hope for change keeps fallin through

I had some luck, but I turned and I lost it

The man I am, I could never lose

All the things I've seen, some are boring, mostly typical

The ones I remember seem a little obscene
