I look at my life and where it's been

There's been so much drama but where do I begin

There's been so much pain I caused deep within

I know I'm the source of a lot of it on that I admit

I grew up without my dad

When lived so close to me like down the freeway

But he made that choice

But little did I know I ended up just like him

In the actions that I took I did copycat him

I want to let you know I'm not making an excuse
