Lyrics
When the baker needs some flour he calls the trucker
Then the trucker calls the miller and says "You got some flour for me?"
Then the miller calls the train and says "Bring me some grain"
So the railroad sends a boxcar to pick up the farmer's wheat
And the wheat goes on the train rolls to the mill which grinds the grain
Then the flour gets trucked to the baker who bakes some cakes and pies
Which is what the farmer buys
We're all a part of a bigger picture
Everything we say and do in this world matters
So find your place and shine your light
We are all connected through the web of life
Jill gave her Dad an extra hug this morning
He felt so good at lunch he tipped the waitress a large sum
She in turn heaped extra fries on the platter of the guy
Who runs the pizza place Jill goes to after school is done
So that afternoon the pizza guy who got the fries
From the waitress who got the tip from Dad
'Cause he got that hug well the guy felt so darn nice
He gave Jill a free slice
We're all a part of a bigger picture
Everything we say and do in this world matters
So find your place and shine your light
We are all connected through the web of life
If a butterfly can spread its wings in Mexico
And cause the wind to howl and blow in Borneo
I think it's plain to see that undeniably
We're all a part of a bigger picture
Everything we say and do in this world matters
So find your place and shine your light
We are all connected through all connected to
We are all connected through the web of life
