When I drifted off to sleep I had an interesting Dream

The Lord came to me in a vision and said Son Come with me

There's a lot I must show you about people You have to tell

About this remarkable gift I gave you

They call it Sickle Cell

But why you call this a gift Lord

I think you should call it a curse

You see all the pain I've been through

You know how much it hurts

My son worry no more for I have plans for you

Jesus been through the same thing and look How he made it through

Now go out into the world and let them know About your gift

Let them know that you love your Lord

Let them know that you get sick
