The way forward is to pour out your heart in prayer to God

Cry out, and then cry out all the more

Tell him how you really feel

What's really going on inside you

What's keeping you up at night

Show him the real you

Even if it hurts to say it out loud

Say it out loud in prayer

And look him right in the face

But be humble and open to seeing in his eyes

Not apathy or scorn, but compassion

If you give yourself to Jesus

No matter what you face in this life

You're gonna be okay in the end
