If there's one thing that I'd say I need

I appreciate more than addicts with weed

It's not being alone, having company

And I don't mean the kind that would be jumping me

I just deal with my friends right when we're sat

It's not like we do stuff for each other

But if any of us needed it we'd have em covered

I'd be so bored without my friends

Time on my phone would never end

To people who were there when my weight was non-ending

Even to the people I just met last year

Now everywhere I go I'm not alone

Cause of everyone I met when I leave my home

Lost a few along the way for different reasons

Moved schools, first me, than them after seasons

The friends that I have have changed overtime

But I appreciate all of them in this rhyme

To all my friends who're listening thanks for making it less boring

School and church and everything by myself I'd be snoring

If I met you through a Blue TV or met by meeting that guy

It doesn't matter now because I trust you not to lie

Even if I haven't seen you in a year we're good

We've both probably changed, but I think that's how we should

There's a million things the past few years that I've done with my friends

That are so memorable, that I know I won't forget

Remember sixth grade camp, when our counselor went slapping

And then he got fired cause look at him no one was clapping

And then in 8th grade when we started doing all the chug jugs

Every single week the school was watchin em like bugs

Or at the end of that year when I threw water in the air

Or the race last year when I fell back when the finish was right there

Even this year when I ran and then I started stomping

And how this April we're camping, that's gonna be a long thing
