It's started once again

I'm reluctantly involved

First feeling kind of neutral

Tensions build to frustration

I return to a neutral state

I resolve to be stronger

Lusting after joy

Holding on to this feeling

As I'm entering the low

Cycles of craving

Followed by frustration

As I recognize the new pattern
