See, when I was younger, in my teenage years

And I didn't love myself and I felt ugly and all these sort of things

I would sometimes actually look into the mirror,

Look myself deeply in my eyes and say:

I am beautiful, I am loved and I am great!

And i accept myself and I forgive myself

Because who I was talking to was not what I see in the mirror

Because who I am is not what I see in the mirror

Who I am is the energy, the soul, that is standing in front of the mirror

And the mirror only projects, reflects that energy back

So whatever I send out is what I recieve

Now, this is a metaphor to me, to the world, how the world works

If I don't love myself, i can not pretend to love myself

If I don't respect myself, i can not pretend to respect myself or value myself

And, if I don't love or respect or value myself

The world can not love, respect or value me

Because what I project is what I recieve

What I feel internally and send out to the world is what I recieve

So, if I don't love myself, i can not really give love and I can not really recieve love

I can pretend to do that but it's not actually the case

So, I think it is very very important that we detach ourselfs from measurements that are external

And make that an entirely internal process

And that we disconnect ourselfs from attractiveness and money and happiness and dadada and dadada

And that we actually come back to the basics of just

I am and therefore I am worthy

I am and therefore I am loved

Because I am worth and I am love

And it doesn't matter what my condition opposition is

These things are things that nobody, including myself, should never take away from me!
