How does it feel to make Afropop songs?
It's a priceless journey for me and it's quite empowering!. Afro music is becoming a movement that is garnering more attention by the day and I would say I'm glad I was born in this era to witness this day and also be part of this spectacular style of art.
What drives you to go back to the continent of Africa?
I Believe the best place to grow and develop as an afro musician is to dig in it's roots (Africa). :)
Who inspired you the most in your music career?
It all started from the church choir and they have always being my greatest inspiration to do more. And as I grew up, I started getting interested in other music styles such as POP, R&B, SOUL etc... and getting refrences from great artists like John Legend, Bruno Mars, Ariana Grande. And now, I finally found love in AFRO due to the collective amount of talented artists like Adekunle Gold, Wizkid, Fireboy, Tems, Joe boy, Ckay, Omah Lay and much more.
How's it feel to collaborate with Blaq Jerzee?
Knowing his journey in the industry, working with him has been a great privilege. I'm happy to say I've learnt so much from him too
What's your upcoming plan? More African music?
Definitely! I've being working non-stop on an E.P and for the first I'm publicly putting it out to the world and that I would probably bereleasing the EP by the first quarter of next year. This is an Exclusiveon BoomBuzz right? :D *smiles
What music do you listen to the most?
Right now, I could say I'm getting fully nourished by Afro music at the moment and if not Afro music, my playlist is packed up with lots of R&B , Soul, Jazz and a bit every other Genre of good music I have discovered.
