Pesh Don - born Josh Blake- grew up in the parish of St.
Catherine, Jamaica.
It was during his primary school that he geared his interest
towards the music industry.
He was just 10 years old when he entered a Christmas jingle
competition on Hitz92FM -a local but popular radio station in
Jamaica- where he was chosen the winner and got his first break
to professionally record his first song.
After recording his first song, he started performing in and around
his community. Initially for small crowds but the small crowds
turned into bigger crowds and he noticed how people started to
gravitate to his music.
He was determined to make it in the music industry and his
determination was limitless as he kept pushing for his music to be
