Jose Cañal is a composer and singer born in Barcelona in June 1982.
Just being a teenager and under the musical influence of his uncles, he learned to play the guitar by himself and he also sang covers of his favorite artists. It was during this time that he began to compose his first songs.
Aware that his interest in music was increasing, he started a project being part of the acapella band + Qvoz and was involved with this group for more than 10 years. After this period, and as the rest of the members of + Qvoz started different professional paths, Jose Cañal continued betting on his passion and stablished the band Éisac Project. This project led him to perform in legendary theaters of Barcelona such as Luz de Gas.
During that time, Jose began and has continued up to now his career as a musical dubbing actor in the Spanish and Catalan versions of films such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Polar Express, etc., as well as TV series as Teen Titans or Stinky and Dirty.
Today, he is part of the band Recover composed of two members (piano and guitar). They perform covers of commercial songs in acoustic version.
In terms of social media, Jose Cañal has more than 13 million views on his YouTube channel currently.
