Big TurQ

Quantravious Cameron, was born December 29, 1993 in Albany, Ga. Cameron, known as Quan by family & friends, began his music career as Big TurQ after the passing of his father, who was known as TURKEY and/or Big Art. TurQ spent some of his early life growing up near Atlanta in Gwinnett County but his roots are true to ALBANY & THE 229. By age 12, TurQ started writing poetry & studying music. Although he didn't officially begin writing & recording music until December 2015, he drew heavily to rap & hip hop & became inspired by artist such as Ice Cube, Gucci Mane, Jay Z, Uncle Luke, The Notorious B.I.G, T.I., 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, & a plethora of other artist. After the lost of his father & the birth of his first son, TurQ began to record music, not only to express his emotions, but also to focus on starting a music career. TurQ is currently an independent artist & in 2019, released summer singles "Dividends" Produced by Full Nelson & "Roll Up The Dope" Produced by Solo Bans. With 2020 here and the start of a new decade, TurQ is looking to release videos, new music, go on tour, release merchandise & also expand his imprint, FLY HIGH Entertainment, as a brand & a label.
