Duece Hagerty

My name is Daryn Miller, aka "Duece Hagerty". I got the name Duece from some close friends of mine years ago, they called me "Duece" because of the size rims I had on my car at that time. The name "Hagerty" came from "Hagerty Car Insurance". I use to watch the Barrett Jackson Classic Car Auction, and I'd always hear them mention "Hagerty Car Insurance", The name was catchy and all my friends gravitated to it also. Duece also means: Both sides of the story, Hagerty also means: Harsh Reality. I grew up in Los Angeles, California. I started writing lyrics when I was in the 10th grade. Back then some of my influences were Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 2pac, Bone Thugs, Notorious B.I.G , Lauryn Hill, & Aaliyah. I create all kinds of music ranging from Hip Hop, Trap, R&B, Alternative, & Pop. I love to perform, for me it's one of the greatest feelings seeing the crowed vibe to music I created. I've played in various locations though out California such as, Downey, Compton, Leimert Park (Barbara Morrison Theater, Mavericks Flat), Downtown L.A (Lexington Bar), West Hollywood (Key Club), North Hollywood (The Federal Bar). I've learned a lot from many talented artist, Dj's, producers, managers, and promoters. My music is inspiring to those that share my vision.
