I Am ORFA

I am Orfa is an Amy Stroup X Milkglass Creative production w/ a select crew of progressive collaborators. You may have their heard music on tv in shows like the CW’s Legacies, Nancy Drew, The Perfectionist, or on the latest French Open, Coke, or Hyundai commercial. She sites growing up listening to a diverse musical pallet such as Lauryn Hill, Paula Abdule, Bill Withers, Joan Jett and 80’s top 40 radio. She says, “With all that is going on in the world today, a positive message is now more important than ever. I want my music to empower people, especially young females to step confidently in the direction of their inherent divinity and make a big positive impact on our world.”

I AM ORFA's debut album "Good Woman" is the first full length release. The album was started in Los Angeles in 2018, but it creators Amy Stroup & Mary Hooper decided to join up with Chad Copelin and Chris Henderson to finish up the majority of the songs at SONIC RANCH in Tornillo, Texas on the border of Mexico. She said " We decided to make most of the record with some of my favorite collaborators Chris & Chad at Sonic Ranch in September last year. It felt so lucky to get to be apart of the music & spirit that gets captured at the pecan farm, Sonic Ranch." GOOD WOMAN debuts April 10th everywhere digitally.
