Mbata Philip iheanyi known as Tipsybanks is a rapper from surulere lagos, Nigeria..He is the only child who lost his dad at the age of 2 , while growing up things were hard for him and his mother and he loved watching musicians on TV living the best life, his love for music was so much and he wanted to take his mum out of poverty but he knew the system which he grew up in was fucked up either you hustle or you rob so he chose the music hustle ..
he started his music career back in 2013 early 2015 he decided to become a rapper and record his first ever rap song..2016 he formed a group with his best friend called DTR (dreams turn reality) and the group split in 2017 due to no money to push both of them..he went on to drop his first EP in 2018 and that was the start of his journey...after working on his sound for months without any new music, he dropped BIGBOY and the rest is history
