Ambr

AMBR is a contemporary singer, songwriter and musician. She is already making waves in the music industry with her uplifting and emotive vocal style and powerfully evocative Songwriting.

AMBR has competed for England in the International Eisteddfod Competition in both the classical and musical theatre categories, reached the semi-finals of the 2016 UK Unsigned Songwriter of the Year competition, performed to thousands of people at several festivals including London events such as the Old York Road Festival and Northcote Road Festival, and for Teenage Cancer Trust at the Brighton Marathon.

AMBR has been very busy performing at gigs. These venues include The Piano Works, London, The Blue Man, Brighton, The Green Door Store, Brighton, The Hope and Ruin, Brighton, The St Moritz Club, London to name a few. "It's really amazing to come from a small town where there's only one open mic night to moving to Brighton where there's opportunities to perform everywhere! I love performing and to have played some of the great venues I have is a real privilege. I've recently released various singles so it's nice to get some exposure whilst they have been coming out.”

AMBR has been interviewed and performed live for Ridge Radio, Surrey Hills Radio and BBC Surrey and Sussex. Her music has been aired on several occasions as BBC Introducing The South's Track of The Day and as BIMM's Track Of The Week.
