Timothy Tumbo Mwania professionally known as Tumbo Usu is a Kenyan Newskul Benga (Kanindo or Afro Champeta) artist, songwriter, Culture icon and Producer. Tumbo Usu is popular for his style and sweet rhythm of songs written in his native language (Kamba/swahili). Born 07/07/1997 ,age 27, rised in a small Village in Kenya, Tumbo developed his passion in music playing Piano at a local church. He later moved to Nairobi City in search of greener pastures. His music career started singing Bongo music and playing guitar and piano for local bands and in Talent shows. His life took an unexpected turn when he couldn't keep up with City life and ended up homeless living in the streets for an extended period of time.
