"DINO TOP, born Samuel in Lagos, Nigeria on October 25th, 2003, emerged from a tumultuous upbringing marked by personal loss and familial challenges. As the third child in his family, Samuel faced adversity early on when his brother passed away at the tender age of 17, leaving him to navigate life's trials largely on his own under the sole care of his mother. His father's absence further compounded the hardships he endured.

Educated at Government Senior College Ikoyi Osborne, Samuel completed his secondary schooling before embarking on his current academic journey at the University of Lagos (UNILAG). It was during his formative years in secondary school where he formed a deep bond with his now-girlfriend, forging a connection that has endured as a cornerstone of support and companionship throughout his life.

Despite the challenges he faced, Samuel's unwavering faith in God and resilient spirit propelled him forward. Discovering his passion for music at the age of 9.
