Makkyyochi was born on the 14th June 2000, in Makurdi, Benue State. He attended Command Day Secondary School in Ojo, Lagos State. He futhered his education and studied Information Technology in the Federal University of Technology Owerri.
Makkyyochi spent most of his youths listening to Nigerian artist lIke Burna boy, Timaya etc. He daveled into dancehall after listening to the likes Jamaican muses like Popcaan, jafrass and British Rappers like JHus. He created his own unique sound from listening to this genres.
