At the age of 15, with her battered iPod touch, Emma Horan from Lurgan, Co. Armagh started creating online videos, singing unique 'mash-up' style cover versions of her favourite songs. Within a number of months, her videos captured the attention of over 500,000 active viewers around the world. Within two years, while studying for A Levels, Emma was regularly performing live, collaborating with peers including, Janet Devlin and Daniel Duke, had received 3 million views across her various channels and charted at number 3 on the iTunes Singer / Songwriter chart (alongside Passenger, Ed Sheeran and Tracy Chapman) with her cover of 'Little Lion Man' by Mumford & Sons.
Emma has also been travelling to Amsterdam recording vocals on Trance singles with Raz Nitzan music which has gained recognition of big international radios such as Armin Van Buuren 'A State of Trance'.
Gaining international recognition, Emma delved into the world of songwriting and has a Masters degree in Commercial songwriting & production in London. She has also had the chance to perform in front of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Now, at the age of 21, Emma is a full time recording artist with a particular passion for pop/dance music....more
